When you contact us or book an assessment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and information about your property and health concerns relevant to providing our services.

- To prepare reports you may share with insurers, agents or practitioners

Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with your consent — for example, with an independent laboratory processing your samples, or a practitioner you have asked us to share a report with.

Where you share health information relevant to your mould concerns, we treat it as sensitive information and handle it with additional care.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.
